Working mostly from my own office and working on an as needed or contractual basis protects your cash flow, reduces administrative hassles and overhead, and enables your business to be more creative and succeed at the core functions that it sets out to achieve. My business is the business of critical and creative thinking. Really they are one and the same, however often a small to medium sized business will find themselves in a time of transition and will often lose focus of their core business purpose due to having to monitor trends, implementing social marketing strategies, or increased maintenence tasks that arise unexpectedly due to technilogical change. And at the same time the resources are just not there to hire a full time specialist to come in and fullfill a part time need. Also as a business owner in a time of transition overwhelmed by general tasks often creative energy and the time needed to think critically and creatively is diminished. Having a Personal Assistant to help with those tasks, provide fresh perspectives, and keep you informed of emerging trends and technologies allows the business owner to not just own their business, but lead their business through tough transitions and into the next stage of innovation.
